EU Pallet provides pallet buying, selling, repair, recycling, and transport services across Europe. All services are subject to availability and may vary by location.

3. Quotations and Orders

All quotations provided are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. Prices may be subject to change based on market conditions. Orders are confirmed only upon written acceptance and are subject to our standard terms.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as agreed in writing. Standard terms are 30 days from invoice date for approved accounts. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue payments.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed unless specifically agreed in writing. Risk passes to the buyer upon delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

6. Quality and Returns

All pallets are inspected and graded before dispatch. Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Returns are subject to our returns policy and must be pre-approved in writing.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods or services supplied. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of EU Pallet and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our written permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the German courts.
