What types of pallets do you buy?
We purchase virtually all types of wooden pallets including EUR/EPAL, industrial, CP pallets, half pallets, and even non-standard one-way pallets. We also buy plastic pallets. Contact us with details about your pallets for a specific quote.
Do you buy broken or damaged pallets?
Yes! Even broken pallets have value. We can use them for repair components or recycle them responsibly. While prices are lower for damaged pallets, we still pay for them and will collect them for free.
How do you determine the price?
Prices are based on pallet type, condition (grade), current market rates, quantity, and location. We provide transparent pricing with no hidden deductions. The price quoted is the price you receive.
Is there a minimum quantity?
For pickup service, we typically require a minimum of 33 pallets (one truck load). For smaller quantities, you can deliver to our Hamburg facility, or we can arrange collection if you are nearby.
How quickly can you pick up?
Standard pickup is scheduled within 5-7 business days. Express pickup within 48 hours is available for larger quantities or urgent needs. Regular scheduled pickups can also be arranged for ongoing supply.
What payment methods do you offer?
We offer cash on collection or bank transfer within 7 business days. For regular suppliers, we can set up monthly invoicing accounts. All payments are documented with proper receipts.
