Do you sell new pallets or only used ones?
We primarily specialize in used pallets as part of our circular economy mission, but we also supply new EPAL-certified pallets when required. Used pallets offer significant cost savings while being environmentally responsible.

Buying Pallets
What are your pallet grades?
We use a standard grading system: Grade A (premium, like-new condition), Grade B (standard, minor repairs), Grade C (economy, functional with visible wear), and New (factory fresh). Each grade is priced accordingly.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
While we don't have a strict minimum, we typically work with orders of 50 pallets or more for cost-effective logistics. For smaller quantities, please contact us to discuss options.
How quickly can you deliver?
Standard delivery is typically 3-5 business days depending on location. We also offer express 48-hour delivery for urgent needs at an additional cost.
Do your pallets meet ISPM-15 requirements?
Yes, we can supply heat-treated pallets that meet ISPM-15 international shipping standards. Just specify this requirement when ordering.
Selling Pallets
What types of pallets do you buy?

What repairs can you perform?
We handle all types of pallet repairs including board replacement, block repairs, re-nailing, and complete rebuilds. All repairs meet EPAL quality standards.
Is it worth repairing old pallets?
Absolutely! Repairing pallets typically costs 40-60% less than buying new ones, and repaired pallets are just as functional. Plus, it's better for the environment.
What happens to recycled pallets?
Recycled pallet wood is converted into wood chips (for landscaping), biomass fuel (for energy), particle board (for furniture), and garden mulch. Nothing goes to waste.
